A Six-Step Focus on Feedback: Performance improvement, not “compliment sandwich”

Some people fear it. Others crave it. Whether you’re talking about real-world performance or simulation/education, there’s no denying that one of the most important tools that leaders and educators must use properly is feedback.  One framework uses six key steps: the “6 Rs” of providing effective feedback. This session will help you use these steps to enhance the performance on both and individual and organizational level.
